Um, sentimental....... maybe. Too sentimental, nah. It's as you said the thing that brought the spirit of Christmas back into the city.... maybe we should be grateful for that sentiment! I sometimes have to fight not be cynical of sappy, sentimental things and so I can totally see how one would think this of the book but then again, there is so much negativity out there it is kind of nice to read every once in awhile.

ReplyDeleteAgreed! It's sentimental but not over the top. And it's Christmas and a little warm fuzzy is, as you said, kind of nice. :)
